Cost ranges from 2025–26 national home-improvement data (HomeAdvisor, Angi, Fixr and industry guides); regional factors approximate RS Means-style city cost indices. National average shed \u2248 $3,500 \u2014 prefab $10\u201340/sq ft, custom $30\u2013150/sq ft.
